His teaching and research field includes visual representation in architecture, digital fabrication and nonstandard parametric architecture.
Christian Freißling studied Architecture at the Graz University of Technology and subsequently worked as research assistant at the Institute of Architecture and Media between 2009 and 2015. Additionally he taught also at the New Design University in St. Pölten.
In 2010 he founded his company Nonstandard where the scope ranges from architectural visualization, digital services for architects and designers to interior design and furniture design.
Since 2016 he joined our Institute as lecturer.
