Miltiades Constantinos

Constantinos Miltiades is an architect and computational designer. His work is interdisciplinary and experimental, and focuses on real-time, interactive, virtual and augmented reality design as a means of expanding the scope of architecture. He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Architecture and Information from the Chair for Computer Aided Architectural Design of ETHz with Prof. Ludger Hovestadt (2014) and a Diploma in Architecture Engineering from the NTU-Athens with Prof. Dimitris Papalexopoulos (2012).

Constantinos has taught programming classes in academic environments, conferences and festivals, and has worked for various academic and research oriented practices in the fields of interaction design, electronics prototyping, product prototyping, app development and sound visualisation. His work has been awarded in international competitions, presented in exhibitions and conferences, and published by between others The Guardian and Reuters.
Constantinos‘ research focus is the development of a discourse on virtual and augmented reality space, informed by game studies. At IAM he is teaching the Virtual Spaces Master Studio, and is also the founder and curator of the Open Lecture series.
